FANG is currently active in repelling the nuclear 'renaissance' that sprang to life a year or two ago.

• Stop the Swap
  Campaign for alternatives to the militarisation of Cockburn Sound and Lancelin. The Stop the Swap site is an archival record of the main phase of the campaign from 2003-04.

• Taking on the FNS Perle
  First actions of the new peacefleet: an unwanted French nuclear-powered submarine invades Cockburn Sound. After several rallies, direct actions, a plane crash and plenty of media, the sub departs in disgrace.

  Whatever happened to the banner with the collected thoughts of the Peace Fleet demonstrators?
  
• The USS Columbia
  Shortly after the Perle visit, a US battlegroup arrives with a nuclear submarine in tow. The Peace Fleet takes to the water again. As always, timing is everything.
